Privacy, in plain words
The short version
We don't use cookies, accounts, ads or third-party trackers. We don't collect your name, email or anything you type into the tools.
What stays on your device
Some tools remember things in your browser's local storage, so they're still there next time. This data never leaves your device:
- Reaction test: your last 50 session medians and best times.
- Focus grid: your best time for each grid size.
- Breathing pacer: your last pattern, length and sound setting.
- Session planner: a session you're running, so it survives a page reload.
- Your light/dark theme and 12/24-hour clock choice.
Things you type into the grounding exercise and the pre-game intention are never stored.
Clear my data removes everything this site has stored in this browser.
Analytics
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn't use cookies or local storage and doesn't track you across sites. It tells us which tools get used, nothing about who you are.
Offline
Your browser keeps a copy of the site's pages so the tools work without a connection. That copy contains no personal data.
